EXCELLENT HANDLING
EC55D is equipped with an efficient and comfortable control system. The maximum digging depth is 4 m and the lifting and lifting capacity at ground level is an industry record 2,920 kg. Good machine control improves productivity and reduces fatigue. With responsive controls and optimized hydraulics, this robust compact excavator listens to the operator to get the job done with precision.
In turn, the EC55D’s fuel efficiency lowers fuel costs, contributing to greater profitability. The state-of-the-art hydraulic system, perfectly matched to the premium 36.5 kW Volvo Tier 3 / Stage III diesel engine, delivers high performance (29 kN stick breakout force) and excellent fuel efficiency.

SIMPLICITY AND CONVENIENCE OF CONTROL
Spacious and quiet, with excellent visibility, the EC55D cab provides all the conditions for comfortable operation and reduced operator fatigue. Designed for operator comfort, the cab features an ergonomically positioned monitor and controls, a fully adjustable seat and an extended joystick.
The cab is sound and vibration-proof and has a large door and three-point access for safe entry and exit. In turn, the power of the air conditioner increased by 10% makes it possible to work comfortably in any climate.
Conveniently located service points and a new easy-to-clean single-layer radiator cooling system help reduce costs and increase availability. Daily service points are accessible from ground level, and a wide-opening, lockable bonnet provides easy access to check points arranged in groups for added convenience.
